Özet

This paper aims at explaining legal developments in regard to Article 31(f) of the TRIPS Agreement limiting the scope of compulsory licenses to predominant supply of the domestic market with a main focus on Turkish legislation, the law of the World Trade Organization and the European Union.

Abstract

Bu makale zorunlu lisans kapsamını yurt içine arz ile sınırlandıran TRIPS Anlaşması’nın 31(f) maddesi ile ilgili olarak Dünya Ticaret Örgütü Hukuku, Avrupa Birliği müktesebatı ve Türk Hukuku çerçevesinde meydana gelen hukuki gelişmeleri incelemektedir.
