Özet

Paraduodenal herniler nadirdir ve barsağın anormal rotasyonu sonucu gelişir. Tanısı güçtür.Direkt grafide barsak gazlarının bir bölgeye toplanması ve hava-sıvı seviyelerinin olması internal herniasyonu akla getirmelidir. Cerrahi insizyonun yetersizliği perop tanımlamada zorluk oluşturabilir. Olgu nadir görülmesi ve cerrahisindeki modifikasyon nedeniyle sunuldu.

Abstract

Paraduodenal hernias are rare and abnormal rotation of the intestine develops as a result. Diagnosis is difficult.. Intestinal gases and air-fluid levels in a region that the collection in direct radiograph should remind of internal herniation. Short surgical incision can cause some difficulties in peroperative diagnosis. This case is presented because of rarity and surgical modification.
