Amaç: Bir Özel Bakım Merkezi çalışanlarının tükenmişlik ve iş doyum düzeylerinin, bazı sosyo-demografik özellikler ve iş ile ilgili değişkenlere göre incelenmesi, tükenmişlik ve iş doyumu arasındaki ilişkinin yönü ve derecesinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır

Purpose: This study is conducted in order to analyze burnout and job satisfaction levels with regards to some socio-demographic and job characteristics of personnel working in a special care center, which operates under a special status, and to determine the strength and direction of the relationship between burnout and job satisfaction
