Özet

Amaç: Araştırma hemşirelik öğrencilerinin tükenmiş düzeyleri ve mesleki değerleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amacı ile yapılmıştır.Çalışma Planı: Bu araştırma kesitsel ve tanımlayıcı tipte olup İzmir ilinde bir Hemşirelik Fakültesi’nin lisans öğrencileri n=469 ile Nisan-Haziran 2017 tarihi arasında yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Sosyo-Demografik Özellikler Bilgi Formu, Maslach Tükenmişlik Envanteri-Öğrenci Formu ve Hemşirelerin Mesleki Değerleri Ölçeği-Revize ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, iki bağımsız ortalama arasında ki farkın önemlilik testi, tek yönlü varyans ve korelasyon analizi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: İkinci sınıf öğrencilerin tükenmişlik puan ortalamasının 16.02±4.62 diğer sınıflardan daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur p

Abstract

Objective: The study was performed with the aim of examining the relationship between nursing students’ burnout levels and professional values. Study Design: This cross-sectional and descriptive study was conducted with the undergraduate students of a nursing faculty in Izmir n=469 between April 2017 and June 2017. The study data were collected using the Socio-Demographic Characteristics Questionnaire, Maslach Burnout Inventory - Student Survey and Nurses Professional Values Scale - Revised. The data were assessed using the descriptive statistics, the test for the significance of the difference between the two-independent means, one-way variance and correlation analysis.Results: The mean burnout score of the second-grade students 16.02±4.62 was higher than that of the students in the other grades p
