Özet

Göğüs cerrahisi acillerinin en önemli tanılarından olan hemotoraks çeşitli nedenlerle ortaya çıkabilir. Kardiyopulmoner arrest sırasında hemotoraks tespit edilen bir olguda, karar verme ve yaklaşımda cerrahi yaklaşım ve yönetimi hayati önem taşır. Bu yazıda, iyatrojenik bir hemotoraks olgusunun kliniğin oluşma nedeni ve cerrahi yönetiminin sunulması amaçlandı.

Abstract

Hemothorax, one of the most important diagnoses of thoracic surgery emergencies, may occur due to various reasons. Decision making and surgical approach are vital in a patient with hemothorax diagnosed after cardiopulmonary arrest. In this article, it was aimed to present the reason for occurrence of an iatrogenic hemothorax case and its surgical management.
