Özet
Bu çalışmada, birçok nitel ve nicel kriter göz önünde bulundurularak en uygun muhasebe paket programı seçimi hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmada en uygun muhasebe paket programının seçilmesi için, üç ana kriter grubu ve on beş alt kriter göz önünde bulundurularak en uygun alternatifin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın yöntemi doğrultusunda, muhasebe meslek mensuplarına yapılan anket sonucunda kriterlerin ağırlıkları AHP yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. AHP yöntemiyle alınan kriter ağırlıkları TOPSIS ve ELECTRE yöntemlerinde kullanılarak ve altı farklı muhasebe paket program alternatifi değerlendirilmiştir.
Abstract
Nowadays, companies in accounting area need to innovate and improve their services in order to provide a better service quality. Recent developments in information and communication technologies have transformed several tasks to electronic forms. Accounting is one of the quick adapters of such technological developments. Making the correct decision on new technology deployment process is crucially important for both customer satisfaction and productivity of accounting service. Selection of accounting software is a complex multi-criteria problem. AHP, TOPSIS and ELECTRE are commonly used multi-criteria decision making methods
