Özet

Accessory mitral valve tissue (AMVT) is a rare congenital cardiac malformation. It is recognized as a differential diagnosis of left ventricular outflow tract obstruction. Herein, we report a case of AMVT, which was misdiagnosed as hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy.
