Özet

Lipomlar, matür yağ dokusu içeren, yavaş büyüyen iyihuylu mezenkimal tümörlerdir. Yağ dokusunun olduğuherhangi bir yerde görülebilirler . Sırt, omuz ve boyunbölgesinde daha sık ortaya çıkarlar. Klinikte çaplarıbirkaç santimetre olmakla beraber çok büyük boyutlarada ulaşabilen, genellikle yavaş büyüyen, asemptomatikve ağrısız bir kitle olarak görülürler. Tedavisinde totalcerrahi eksizyon, liposaction ve lokal steroidenjeksiyonu bildirilmiştir. Burada, son 1 yılda solmemede yavaş yavas oluşan büyüme ve şekil bozukluğuyakınmalarıyla başvuran ve yapılan tetkikler sonucundameme posteriorunda , intermüsküler yerleşimli devlipom saptanarak total eksizyon yapılan olguyu sunmayı amaçladık

Abstract

Lipomas are benign mesenchymal tumors composedof mature fatty tissues.They can be seen in anylocation where fat is normally present. They occurmore often in the neck, shoulder and back. Generally,they present with slowly growing, asymptomatic,painless masses as well as their diameters can varybetween a few centimeters to giant sizes. Totalsurgical excision, liposuction and local steroidinjection are reported for treatment. In this case, weaimed to report a female patient with a giantintramuscular lipoma localized in her left breastposteriorly that progressed slowly and causeddeformity during a course of a year.
