Özet

Rinolitler, burun boşluğunda yer kaplayan endojen veyaeksojen kaynaklı taşlaşmış yabancı cisimlerdir. Burundakötü kokulu akıntı, ağız kokusu, burun tıkanıklığı en sıkgörülen şikayetlerdir. Rijit endoskopi ve bilgisayarlıtomografi en önemli tanı yöntemleridir. Tedavi rinolitinburundan çıkarılmasını içerir. Başka merkezde tedaviyerağmen geçmeyen ağız kokusu şikayeti ile kliniğimizebaşvuran 16 yaşında bayan hasta ve tek taraflı buruntıkanıklığı bulunan 22 yaşında bayan hastadan oluşanolgu sunumları sunulmuştur

Abstract

Rhinoliths are uncommon foreign bodies of the nose.They are formed by calcification of endogenous orexogenous foreign bodies in the nasal cavity. Halitosisor bad smelling discharge from the nose and nasalcongestion are the most common complaints. Themost important diagnostic methods are rigidendoscopy and computed tomography. The treatmentof choice is surgical removal. Herein, we present a16-year-old female with the complaint of halitosis anda 22-year-old female with unilateral nasal obstruction
