Özet

In this study, it is aimed to examine the personality traits of different trainees according to some variables. "Personal Information Form" and "Personality Features Scale" were used as data collection tools in the research. The SPSS 16.0 statistical program was used to evaluate the data obtained. T-test was used for statistical analysis, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) post-hoc LSD test and Pearson correlation for correlation between scales.The results were evaluated at a significance level of 0.05.The gender of the coaches, last graduated school , branch, age, education, years of service, category of coaching and team gender were not significantly different in terms of province variables(p> 0.05). However, significant difference was determined when examined according to the previous sports level (p <0.05). As a result, according to the demographic characteristics, it is observed that the personality traits of the coaches did not change in the obtained findings.

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, farklı illerde görev yapan antrenörlerin kişilik özelliklerinin bazı değişkenlere göre incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak “Kişisel Bilgi Formu” ve “Kişilik Özellikleri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 16,0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. İstatistik analiz olarak T testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (anova) post-hoc LSD testi, ölçekler arasındaki korelasyon için ise Pearson korelasyonu kullanılmıştır. Sonuçlar 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiştir. Antrenörlerin cinsiyet, son mezun olunan okul, branş, yaş, eğitim, hizmet yılı, antrenörlük yapılan kategori ve takım cinsiyeti, il değişkenlerine göre anlamlı bir farklılık göstermemiştir (p>0.05). Ancak, daha önce yapılan spor düzeyine göre incelendiğinde anlamlı bir farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0.05). Sonuç olarak olarak demografik özelliklere göre antrenörlerin kişilik özelliklerinin elde edilen bulgularda değişmediği gözlemlenmektedir.
