Testis seminomu sonrası radyoterapiye bağlı gelişen fibrosarkom olgusu

Özet
Sol testis seminomu ve sağ testiste testiküler intraepitelyal neoplazisi olan bir hastaya sol inguinal orşiektomi yapılmıştır. Paraaortik ve sol inguinal bölgelere uygulanan adjuvan radyoterapiye ek olarak sağ testise lokal radyoterapi uygulanmıştır. Radyoterapiden 6 yıl sonra sol inguinal bölgede sarkoma ve sağ testiste seminom gelişmiştir. Sol inguinal sarkomun geniş eksizyonu ve sağ parsiyel orşiektomi yapılmıştır. Bu girişimlerden 2.5 yıl sonra sağ testisin alt polünde iki nodüler tümöral lezyon gelişmiştir. Sağ inguinal orşiektomi yapılmasını takiben androjen replasman tedavisi başlanmıştır. Olgunun tedavisi ve sonuçları tartışılmıştır.
Abstract
Left inguinal orchiectomy was performed in a patient with left testicular seminoma and testicular intraepithelial neoplasia of right testis. In addition to adjuvant radiotherapy of the paraaortic and left inguinal regions, radiotherapy was applied locally to the right testis. Sarcoma of the left inguinal region and seminoma of the right testis developed 6 years after radiotherapy. Wide excision of the left inguinal sarcoma and right partial orchiectomy was performed. Two nodular tumoral lesions in lower pole of the right testis developed 2.5 years after the last intervention. Performing right inguinal orchiectomy, androgen replacement was started. Treatment and outcome of the case are discussed
