Özet

Diyabetik ayak önemli bir sağlık problemidir. Hiperbarik oksijen tedavisi diyabetik ayak tedavisinde kullanılan yardımcı yöntemlerden birisidir. Hiperbarik oksijen tedavisi yara hipoksisini gidererek olumlu etkilerini gösterir. İskemik yarası olan hastalar hiperbarik oksijen tedavisi için potansiyel adaylardı.

Abstract

Diabetic foot is an important public health problem. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is one of the adjunctive methods used in the management of diabetic foot. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy excerts its beneficial effects by relieving wound hypoxia. Patients with ischemic wounds are potential candidates for hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
