Chiliaditi sendromu: İki olgu sunumu

Özet

Chiliaditi sendromu nadir görülen bir durum olup genellikle asemptomatiktir. Kolonun tek başına veya ince barsaklarla birlikte karaciğer ile diafragma arasına sıkışması sonucu oluşur. Asemptomatik olabileceği gibi karın ağrısı, bulantı, kusma, kabızlık veya nefes darlığı ile de seyredebilir. Tanı direk grafi veya bilgisayarlı tomografisi ile konulur. Biz direk grafi ve tomografi ile tanı konulan hepatodiafragmatik kolonik interpozisyon olan iki olguyu sunduk. Her iki olgu da konservatif tedavi edildi.

Abstract

Chiliaditi syndrome is a rare syndrome, which is generally asymptomatic. This syndrome is interposition of the colon only or with the small intestine in hepatodiaphragmatic area. Generally it may be asymptomatic, but sometimes, it may present with abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, constipation and respiratory distress. It is diagnosed by X-ray roentgenograms or computed tomography. We presented two case with hepatodiaphragmatic interposition of the colon, diagnosed by tomography and x-ray roentgenograms. Two patients were managed by conservative treatment.
