SOSYAL GÜVENLİGİN DÜŞÜNSEL TEMELLERİ

Özet

Sosyal güvenlik sosyal risk nedeniyle gelir kaybına uğrayanlara gelir temin eden refahr ·devleti araçlarından biridir. Bu çalışma sosyal güvenliğin düşünsel temellerini klasik,sosyalist ve sosyal liberal görüş çerçevesinde incelemektedir. Genel anlamda, refah devletininsosyal güvenlik uygulaması klasik ve sosyalist iktisadi düşüncede kendine yer bulamazken,sosyal liberal düşünce sosyal güvenlik uygulamalanm sosyal adalet açısmdan gerekli vezorunlu görmektedir.

Abstract

Social security is the one of the tools of welfare state to protect individuals fromfinancial hardships. This study concems with the philosophical foundations of social securitywith regard to classic, socialism and social liberalizm. In general meanning, although social security don! find any place in classic norsocialist economic thought, in terms of social justiceit is necessary in social liberal thought.
