The Qualitive Investigation of Experiences of the Women in Intrapartum Period

Abstract
The birth is one of the most important life experiences that are awaited by the woman and her family with curiously. It leaves a track in the memories of the woman with its physical, emotional and psychological aspects and it is remembered very well. The most important know the psychological and cultural means of birth for women to nursing intervention. The work has been planned as complementary with the purpose of determining the experience of women during birth and of developing a nurse that will assist women for better birth experience. The Research has been made in a state hospital in İstanbul city that is attached to the Ministry of Health between the dates 1-31 May 2002. The universe has been formed by the women giving their first date in the determined dates with 30 women. The data of the work has been obtained by means of semi-formed intervievv form the interview period was limited to 20 minutes. The data has been evaluated according to percentage and as qualitatively.
Özet
Doğum olayı gebelik süresince kadının ve ailenin merakla beklediği en önemli yaşam deneyimlerinden biridir. Kadınların belleklerinde fiziksel, duygusal, ruhsal yönleri ile yer ederek ayrıntıları ile hatırlanmaktadır. Doğumun kadın için kültürel ve ruhsal anlamlarını bilmek hemşirelik uygulamaları için son derece önem taşımaktadır. Çalışma kadının doğum eylemi deneyimlerini etkileyen faktörleri belirlemek ve daha iyi bir doğum süreci geçirmelerine yardım edecek bir hemşirelik bakımı geliştirmek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak planlanmıştır. 1-31 Mayıs 2002 tarihleri arasında İstanbul ilinde gerçekleştirilen çalışmada belirlenen tarihler arasında doğum deneyimleyen 30 kadın örnekleme alınmıştır. Veriler derinlemesine görüşme tekniği kullanılarak araştırmacı tarafından her birey ile 20 dakika görüşerek yapı yapılandırılmış bir formla elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlar yüzdelik ve kalitatif olarak verilmiştir.
