Abstract

Purpose of this research is to confirm (assess) the services intended for the families in the light of the international standards and improve the quality standards in the services intended for the families. In this study, the quality standard in family services has been tried to improve based on internationally improved quality standards, applications and scientific studies. In the study, “Family Support Program: Principles, Standards and Indicators for Family Support Quality Improvement Program” has been used as the main source.

Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye’de ailelere yönelik hizmetleri uluslar arası standartlar ve uygulamalar ışığında tespit etmek (değerlendirmek) ve ailelere yönelik hizmetlerde kalite standartlarını geliştirmektir. Bu çalışmada aile hizmetlerinde kalite standardı, uluslar arası düzeyde geliştirilmiş kalite standartları, uygulamalar ve bilimsel çalışmalar temel alınarak geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmada “Avustralya Aile Destek Programı: Aile Destek Kalite Geliştirme Programı için Prensipler, Standartlar ve Göstergeler” (Family Support Program: Principles, Standards and Indicators for Family Support Quality Improvement Program) temel kaynak olarak kullanılmıştır.
