Özet
COVID-19 pandemisi tüm dünyayı ekonomi, sağlık, eğitim, dijitalleşme gibi çeşitli açılardan etkilemiş ve bu etki ülkeden ülkeye farklılık göstermiştir. Bu salgın özellikle de ülkelerin sağlık sisteminin kapasitesine ortaya çıkarmıştır. Bu çalışmada, COVID-19 pandemisinin etkisiyle Türk sağlık sisteminde ortaya çıkan veya çıkması muhtemel değişim trendlerine dair genel bir değerlendirme yapılması amaçlanmıştır. Amaç doğrultusunda nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden birisi olan durum çalışması kapsamında sağlıkla ilgili (sağlık yönetimi, halk sağlığı, tıp vb.) bir alanda görev yapan 60 akademisyene ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada çerçevesinde elde edilen veriler, tematik analize tabi tutulmuştur. Sonuç olarak, Türk sağlık sisteminde pandemi sonrasında mikro, mezo ve makro boyutta değişim trendlerinin olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the whole world in various aspects such as the economy, health, education and digitalisation, and this impact has varied from country to country. This pandemic has especially revealed the capacity of the health system of countries. This study, it is aimed to make a general evaluation of the trends of change that have emerged or are likely to emerge in the Turkish health system due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, 60 academicians working in a field related to health (health management, public health, medicine, etc.) were reached within the scope of a case study, which is one of the qualitative research methods. The data obtained within the framework of the research were subjected to thematic analysis. As a result, it was determined that there are micro, meso and macro change trends in the Turkish health system after the pandemic.
