ИНТЕГРАЦИЯ ОБЩЕСТВЕННО-ПРАВОВЫХ ИНСТИТУТОВ МАЛОРОССИИ В МЕХАНИЗМ ПУБЛИЧНОЙ ВЛАСТИ РОССИЙСКОГО АБСОЛЮТИЗМА

Abstract

This article investigates the political-legal process of the gradual involvement of various forms of self-management and autonomy in Malorussia (Ukraine) under obshcheimperskuyu, a system of control and Russian governmental agencies that existed during its consolidation as a unified administrative-territorial unit of the empire. The author characterizes Malorussia (Ukraine) as being original in regards to the ethnic attitude towards the state’s territory, to the degree of the center keeping the properties of the governmental-regional and local legal systems separate. Particular emphasis is given to the legislative consolidation of changes in these phenomena.
