Abstract
The aim of second language methodology is to control teaching the language which is for minorities a foreign language. If foreign language teaching and learning is to be effective and successful, it needs to be related to a certain agent which functions as a mediator between the subject matter and learners. Teaching either controlled or not - to minorities with a different mother tongue becomes a subject of interest of bilingualism (or multilingualism), where in the centre of attention various degrees of a mother tongue and second language mastery are
