Özet

Parlamentolar denetimlerini soru, gensoru, Meclis araştırması, Meclis soruşturması ve genel görüşme vasıtasıyla gerçekleştirirler. Bu çalışmada, Birinci Meşrutiyet Dönemi Parlamentosu’ndaki gensoru, Meclis araştırması, Meclis soruşturması ve genel görüşme incelenmeye çalışılmıştır.

Abstract

Parliaments carry out their controls by means of the question, interpellation, parliamentary inquiry, parliamentary investigation, or general discussion. In this study, interpellation, parliamentary inquiry, parliamentary investigation, or general discussion in the first Constitutional Era parliament was handled.
