Özet Türkçe :

The financial crisis that began in the 16th century and continued until the Tanzimat reform era in the Ottoman Empire is an interesting and crucial historical period that actually displays the causes and the development process of the social, political and economic degeneration and amiss approaches to reverse it in vain. The Ottoman Empire could not accommodate itself to the developing civilization in the West and remained in the civilization of the Middle Ages. In order to keep the sovereignty of the Ottoman dynasty intact and refuse to share power, capital accumulation and the resulting social developments were prevented, thus actually paving the way for the dissolution of the empire.
