Gelenekselden moderne etik ve siyaset

Etik ve siyaset ilişkisi hem tarihî-sosyolojik bir pratik olması açısından hem de teorik bir bileşen olarak siyaset ve sosyal bilimlerin en temel tecessüs alanlarından birini teşkil etmiştir. Siyaset sahnesinin baş aktörü olan insan ve toplumun, doğru ve erdemli davranışın ne olduğu ve nasıl hayata geçirileceği problemine koşut olarak, etiği, merkezi bir yere oturtması dün olduğu gibi bugün de anlaşılır ve gerekli bir durumdur. Bu sebeple biz bu çalışmada önce etiğin bir kavram ve olgu olarak izini sürdükten sonra onun hem geleneksel hem de modern düşünce ve siyasette nasıl tezahür ettiğini irdeleyerek tartışmaya çalıştık.

The relationship between ethics and politics has constituted the most essential area of concern in political and social sciences in terms of both being a historical-sociological practice and including a theoretical perspective. It is an understandable and requisite situation that human being and society as the prominent actors of politics place the ethics to the center as consistent with what constitutes the right and virtuous behavior and how it is implemented to it. By this reason, after tracing the ethic as a concept and phenomenon in the study, we tried to discuss the ethics by scrutinizing how it appears in both traditional and modern thought and politics.
