Yerleşmeler üzerinde bakı faktörünün etkisi: sinop şehri örneği

Sinop, Karadeniz kıyısında yer alan bir şehirdir. Kent merkezi Boztepe Yarımadası ile bu yarımadayı ana karaya bağlayan tombolo üzerinde kurulmuştur. Bu çalışmanı amacı, Sinop kentinde yerleşme üzerinde bakının etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla Sinop'ta yarımadanın kuzey ve güneyinde yaşayan toplam 100 hane halkı temsilcisine yüz yüze ve yazılı anket uygulanmıştır. Ankete katılanların %89'u yarımadanın güney kesiminde ev sahibi olmak istemektedir. Güney kesimde ev sahibi olmak isteyenlerin % 48'i güney kesimin daha sıcak olmasını, %23 ü daha fazla güneş almasını neden olarak göstermiştir. Kuzey kesimde ikamet eden deneklerin kış mevsiminde güneydekilere oranla daha fazla yakıt tüketmektedir. Güney kesimine yerleşim olarak daha fazla talep olmaktadır. Bu durum yarımadanın kuzeyi ile güneyi arasında gerek bina gerekse arsa sayısı bakımından önemli bir fark ortaya çıkarmaktadır. Sonuç olarak bakı, şehirde yerleşme yeri seçiminde önemli bir bir doğal faktör olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır.

Sinop is a city that is located on the black sea coast.The city center was set up on Boztepe peninsula and on the tombolo which conjoins this peninsula and the mainland.This study is done to discover the effect of exposure factor on settlement in Sinop province.To get this purpose, a face-to-face public survey was applied among total 100 householders that live on the northern and the southern parts of the peninsula in the city center.89% of the participants prefer to own a house in the South. The 48% of those who prefer to live in the south indicate that part is warmer than the other part and 23% of these people state that the weather at the southern part is more sunny as a reason. It was observed that the people who live in the northern part use more fuel than the ones that settle in the southern part. The southern part of the peninsula is preferred to the northern as a residential area. This status leads a great distinction by means of the number of both buildings and the lands between the southern and the northern parts of the peninsula.As a result it appears that has a consiredable natural factor that infuences choosing the residential area in the city.
