Sscb'de televizyon yayıncılığının gelişimi

Ekim Devrimiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan fakat henüz genç olan “komünizm” ideolojisini yaymak için her yol denenmiştir. Radyo gibi sadece ses sunan bir aracın yerine görüntüyle birlikte ses sunan televizyonlar Komünist Parti’nin ideolojilerine meşruiyet kazandırmak için ideal bir alet olmuştur. Bu nedenle SSCB’de televizyon yayıncılığı devlet tarafından desteklenmiş ve ilk uydu yayıncılığını başlatan devlet olmuştur. Devlet, ciddi bir şekilde bu işin üzerine düşmüş ve özellikle İkinci Dünya Savaşı’ndan sonra ele geçirilen teknik ekipmanla birlikte, televizyon önemli ölçüde gelişim göstermiştir. Soğuk savaş ise bu teknolojinin gelişmesini hızlandırmıştır. Bu çalışmada özellikle Sovyet kaynakları incelenecek ve SSCB’deki bu durum, tarihi süreç içerisinde ele alınacaktır.

Which emerged with the October Revolution, all the way was testing to spread the ideology of “communism”. Instead of just offering voice something such as a radio, televisions which are offering audio video, to give legitimacy to the ideology of the Communist Party was the ideal tool. Therefore, in the USSR by the state television broadcasting, supported under control and the first satellite broadcasting was started by the state. The state seriously fallen on this job and especially after the Second World War has moved forward with technical equipment seized. Cold war has accelerated the development of this technology. In our study, especially the Soviet resources will be searched and this situation in the USSR, will be written in the historical process.
