Ilköğretim altıncı sınıf öğrencilerinin kelime türlerini kullanma becerileri

Bu çalışma evrenini Ankara’da öğrenim gören ilköğretim 6. sınıf öğrencileri oluşturduğu sosyoekonomik düzeyleri düşük, orta ve yüksek olan üç ilköğretim okulunda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Ġlköğretim 6. sınıfta okuyan 211 öğrenciye bilgilendirici ve öyküleyici türde iki farklı metin yazdırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda kız öğrencilerin yazdıkları metinlerde erkek öğrencilere göre daha fazla kelime türünü kullandığı tespit edilmiştir. Okul öncesi eğitim alan öğrencilere ait metinlerde, okul öncesi eğitim almayan öğrencilere göre kelime türlerine daha fazla yer verdikleri ayrıca anne ve babalarının eğitim seviyesinin öğrencilerin kelime türlerini kullanma becerilerinde fark yarattığı ve okulun bulunduğu çevrenin sosyoekonomik düzeyinin öğrencilerin kelime türlerini kullanma becerileri üzerinde anlamlı fark oluşturduğu tespit edilmiştir

This study has been made in order to detect the primary school 6th class students’skill of using the types of words. The study has a descriptive quality. Primary school 6th class students in Ankara make up the study environment. The participants consist of 211 6th class students from three socioeconomically different (low, middle and high) level in Ankara city center. Students were asked to write two informative and narrative texts in order to detect the skill of using the types of words. In order to determine the factors that effect the acquisition of using the types of words. A questionnaire is applied which contains the topics of sex, kindergarten education, parents’educational level. As a result, we found out that female students, the students with kindergarten education, have used more words type than men and students with no kindergarten education, respectively. We also observed that the education level of parents also affected the writing skill of students. In addition to that, effect on writing skill of the school environment and the socioeconomic level of school were found significant
