2011 istanbul wta championships tenis turnuvası bayanlar yarı final ve final maçlarında atılan servislerin analizi

Bu çalışmanın amacı; 2011 İstanbul WTA Championships tenis turnuvası bayanlar yarı final ve final maçlarında atılan servislerin atılışı bölgelerinin tespiti ve bundan yola çıkarak maç çerisinde puan kazanımında etkisi olduğunun belirlenmesidir. Araştırmada denek grubunu, dünya sıralamalarında 1. olan, Victoria Azarenka(1.83 m, 66 kg, 23 yaş, primer; sağ), 3. Petra Kvitova (1.82 m, 70 kg. 22 Yaş, primer; sol) 6. Samantha Stosur (1.72 m, 65 kg, 28 Yaş, primer; sağ) ve Zvonareva (1,72 m, 59 kg, 28 yaş, primer; sağ) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada 2 yarı final maçı, 1 final maçı değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Tenis kortu servis bölgeleri 6 bölgeye ayrılarak incelenmiştir. Kameraya ve DVD (Dijital Video Disk)’ lere kaydedilen maçlar daha sonra Slow – Motion (yavaşlatılmış hareket) ile izlenerek analiz yapılmıştır. Araştırmada kalem-kağıt metodu (notasyonel analiz) kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, tenisçilerin kaç servis attıkları, sağ taraftan ve sol taraftan attıkları servislerin sayıları, 1. ve 2. servis adetleri, 1. servisi attıkları bölgeler, 2. servisi attıkları bölgeler, 1. ve 2. servisteki hata yerleri (File/Aut), attığı servisten aldığı puan sayıları, attığı servisten aldığı oyunların sayıları, aldığı setlerin sayıları, attığı servisten kaybettiği puanların sayıları analiz edilmiş ve yüzdeleri çıkarılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; tenisçilerin attıkları toplam servislerin, %76,2’ sini 1. serviste, %23,8’ ni de 2. serviste kullanmaktadırlar. 1. servislerin oyuna girme oranları % 74,2, 2. servislerin oyuna girme oranı %25,8; 1. servis hataları % 88,8; 2. servis hatası % 11,2; olarak bulunmuştur. Toplam servislerin %51,3’ ünü sağdan, %48,7’ sini de soldan atmıştır. Tenisçilerin attıkları servislerin düştüğü bölgelere baktığımızda 2., 3. ve 4. bölgeler yoğunluk kazanmaktadır. Hatalar, 1. servis için % 40.8 file, %59,2 aut, 2. servis için % 50 file, % 50 aut olarak bulunmuştur. Tenisçilerin attıkları servislerin düştüğü bölgelere baktığımızda 2., 3. ve 4. bölgeler yoğunluk kazanmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonunda; servis atmanın sadece puan kazanmaya yetmediği, servisi karşılama başarısı, sporcunun teknik seviyesi, kondisyonu ve oyun içindeki stratejinin çok önemli olduğu saptanmıştır.

The aim of this research is to localize the shooting areas of the services taken at 2011 Istanbul WTA Championship Tennis Tournament Women’s semi final and final matches and to determine how effective it is during the match and as a result to win the game. During the research, according to world classification, the first runner up Azarenka (1.83 m -66 kg –23 years old), the third runner up Kvitova (1.82m. – 70 kg – 22 years old), the 6th runner up Stosur (1.72m – 65 kg – 28 years old) and the 9th (1.72 m–59 kg - 28 years old) have been used as the subject group. In the research, two semi final matches and one final match have been evaluated. The court’s service area has been divided into six parts and studied. The matches have been recorded to DVDs and camera, watched and analyzed in slow motion. During the research, paper and pen method has been used. While doing the research, how many services the players used, the number of services which were shot from both right and left sides, the number of first and second serves, the areas of the first and second serves, lets and faults of the first and second serves, the rate of the number of the right sides to the left sides, the scores taken by using serves, the number of the sets taken, lost points have been analyzed and their percentage has been calculated. In conclusion, the players used 76,2 % of the total serves at the first service, and 23,8 % at the second. The percentage of the successful first serve is 74,2 % and successful second serve is 25,8 %. The percentage of the fault of the first service is 88,8 %, whereas the percentage of the fault of the second service is 11,2 %. 51,3 % of the total serves were shot from the right side and 48,7% was shot from left. When we study the areas of the serves, the second, third and the fourth areas are used more than the others. For the first serve, faults were made as 40,8 % lets, 59,2 % outs and for the second serve they were 50% lets and 50% outs. At the end of the research, it has been determined that serves are not enough to win the game, but the most important issues are the opponent’s hitting the serve successfully, the player’s technical level, his physical condition and the strategy of the game.
