Sağlık teknikerleri meslek eğitiminin sektörel değerlendirilmesi

<p style="\\\\"text-align:" justify;="" \\\\"=""> Mesleki eğitim, çok yönlü kalkınmanın temel araçlarından biridir. Sağlık sektörünün önemli yükünü çeken meslek gruplarından biri de sağlık teknikerleridir. Sağlık teknikerlerinin verdiği hizmetler, sağlık hizmetlerinin ayrılmaz parçasıdır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; sağlık teknikerlerinin almış oldukları eğitimin çalışma hayatlarına etkisi ve performanslarının birim amirleri ve kendileri tarafından değerlendirilmesini sağlamaktır. Araştırmada; geliştirilen likert tipi anket, Trabzon ilindeki 12 hastanede çalışan yüksek okul mezunu sağlık teknikerlerine uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları değerlendirildiğinde, yüksek okul mezunu teknikerlerinin mesleki bilgi beceri ve özgüvenlerinin yeterliliğinin, kendileri ve yöneticileri tarafından paylaşıldığı anlaşılmaktadır. Sağlık mesleki eğitim kurumlarının güçlendirilmesi, sektörel eğitimli işgücü ihtiyacının karşılanmasına ve çağdaş sağlık hizmeti sunumuna olumlu katkı sağlayacağı görülmüştür.

<p style="\\\\"text-align:" justify;="" \\\\"=""> Professional education is one of the fundamental means of the multi-dimensional development. In health sector, one of the profession groups carrying the significant load of the sector is health technicians. The services provided by health technicians are the indivisible or indispensable part of health services. The aim of this study was to enable both health technicians and their chiefs to evaluate the effect of the education that health technicians receive on the working life and performance. In this research, the likert type questionnaire was applied to the health technicians working in 12 hospitals in Trabzon, who were graduated from colleges or vocational schools. The obtained results were analyzed by a statistical programme, SPSS. It was seen that both health technicians and their chiefs agree on the sufficiency of the knowledge, experience and self-confidence of the health technicians who graduated from vocational schools. Therefore, strengthening the vocational schools of health sciences will contribute positively to provide modern health service and to meet the educated manpower in this sector.
