Insan - din - devlet ve laiklik

insan neslinin gelişen ve degişen dünyada varlıgını sürdürebilmesi için gittikçe zorlaşlan yaşam şartlarında bilmek, anlamak, düşünmek ve uygulamak gibi özgür irade ile gerçekleşebilecek nitelikleri kazanabilmesi için araştırma yapmak gereklidir. Ancak insan ömrünün kısalıgı insan›n kendisini geliştirmesi ve dogru yönde ilerleyebilmesi ve aklını kullanmay› ögrenmesine el vermemektedir. Herşey insan için vardır kuramından hareketle insan özgürlügünün her alanda ne denli gerekli oldugu belirtmelidir. Özgürlük toplumsal olmad›kça özgürlük saygı sevgi, kardeşlik ve tolerans duyguları ile yogrulmuş olarak uygulanmad›kça insanlar›n mutlu ve eşitlik içinde birbirlerine sayg›l› olarak yaflamalar› mümkün de¤ildir. Bu çalışma ile insanı, din olgusunu, insan›n devlet içinde yaşamak zorunda olması gerektiginden Devleti ve ideal özgürlük için en mükemmel oldu¤u tartışmas›z olan ve ne oldugu nasıl algılanmas› gerektigi hususunda toplumsal zafiyet bulunan laiklik konusunu, bir araya getirerek inceledik.

There is no need to argue about the requirement to conduct research in order for mankind to acquire such qualities like knowing, understanding, thinking and implementing, which would possibly be attained by free will under conditions of life getting ever more difficult for sustenance in a developing as well as changing world. Yet the shortness of human life does not allow for developing itself, advancing on a rightful track and learning how to use its intellect. Stepping ahead from the principle of “Everything is in existence for mankind”, it is worthwhile pointing out to the extent of requirement of human freedom in every field. Unless freedom is social, and unless freedom is applied in conglomeration with the feelings of respect, affection, brotherhood and tolerance, it is not possible for men to live as happy and equal individuals, mutually respecting one another. Under this study we attempted to bring together man, the phenomenon of religion , and man compelled to live within the confines of a state, the state as well as the issue of laicism, beyond dispute the most excellent approach for ideal freedom, yet maimed with a social incapacitation as to how the same should be conceived, and arrive at a conclusion there from. This study would consist of attempting to rescue the vessel in the whirlpool of (man, religion, state and laicism) which require free-thinking intellectuals for development of the doctrine of jurisprudence and lead to outcomes favourable for the public, pondered about several philosophers, sociologists and scientists from the past to the present day, yet no consensus ever reached upon.
