Türkiye’de kooperatifçilik ve yönetim sorunları

Bu çalışmada kooperatifçilik hareketinin kısaca tarihi süreci incelenmiş, ülkemizde kooperatifler hakkındaki nicel veriler dikkate alınarak bu kurumun sorunları değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın amacı, kooperatiflerin ülke ekonomisinde ne kadar önemli bir yere sahip olduklarını hatırlatmak, devamlılıklarını sağlayabilmek için ihtiyaç duydukları destekleri belirtmek ve yönetim anlayışlarına farklı bir bakış açısı kazandırılmasına katkıda bulunmaktır. Bu açıdan çalışma, kooperatiflerin gelişim süreci, ekonomideki önemi, sorunları ve özellikle yönetim sorununa ve çözümüne dikkat çekmesi açısından önemlidir. Çalışmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Sonuçta kooperatiflerin kurumsal ve profesyonel yönetimle ilgili eksikliklerinin olduğu söylenebilir. Kooperatiflerin yönetiminde kurumsal ve profesyonel yönetim tekniklerinin kullanılması önerilir.

In this study, a brief history of cooperative trading system in Turkey has been examined and an evaluation of the problems in these institutions has been provided by considering the quantitative data. The purpose of this study is to remind the role of the cooperatives in national economy, to identify the support they need in order to survive, and to contribute to their managerial insights. From this perspective, this study is of great importance in terms of the development process of cooperatives, their role in national economy, their problems and solutions to their managerial issues. Document analysis method has been used in the study. As a result, it is possible to conclude that cooperatives have professional and institutional management problems and drawbacks. The findings of this study reveal that the cooperatives should use institutional and professional management techniques.
