In this study, Pepee cartoon series by the parents and the children try to determine how the reception. Study was carried out with 11 people, in depth interviews and audience reception to the facts observed designs. The study participants left the program after watching the cartoon series in order to determine the effects of cognitive depth interviews were conducted with each participant individually. Working with the audience is very sensitive to messages that have been excavated. Common answers given by the participants in the study and shared images were detected. Although the selection of participants from different backgrounds, social and demographic point of view, thanks to the common code, paraphrasing a common motion are formed. Study on the Pepee messages are dominated by a series of lines, all levels of perception to create a common image in the study are presented.
