El kaide tehdidi ile mücadele

Bu çalışma El Kaide’nin bir örgütten çok dünyaa korku salan bir ideolojiyi temsil ettiği gerçeğinden yola çıkmaktadır. El Kaide ile mücadelenin askeri değil siyasi, ekonomik ve ideolojik olması gerektiği üzerinde durmaktadır. Diğer taraftan verilmesi gereken mücadelenin El Kaide’ye karşı değil El Kaideciliğe karşı olması gerektiği savını taşır. Makalede, El Kaidecilik olarak tanımlanan kavramın tarihi ve ideolojik temelleri gözden geçirildikten sonra, El Kaide tehdidinin boyutlarına ışık tutulmakta ve Örgüt, Çekirdek Yapı (Militan Merkez), Yerel Militan Gruplar ve Sempatizan Grup olarak tanımlanan 3 başlık altında incelenmektedir. Bu makale, El Kaide her ne kadar İslam coğrafyasındaki şikâyet, hüsran ve öfkeden besleniyorsa da İslam coğrafyasını temsil etmediği ve El Kaidenin, Batı ile birlikte Müslüman Dünyasına karşı da ciddi bir tehdit olduğu ana fikrini işlemektedir. Vurgu yapılmak istenen asıl konu, El Kaidecilik hareketinin bitirilmek istenmesi halinde öncelikle alternatif hareketlerin oluşturulmasının gerekli olduğu ayrıca geliştirilen akımın bir örgüt, bir siyasi hareketten öte çözüm odaklı düşünen ve üreten bir fikir birliğini temsil etmesi gerekliliğidir.

This article postulates that Al-Qaeda is an ideology rather than a terrorist organization which is striking fear through the globe while obtaining support among many in the Muslim world. This article concentrates on the fact that struggling with Al Qaeda should be not military but political, economical and ideological Moreover, it argues that the campaign should not be against Al-Qaeda but against Pan Al-Qaeda (Al-Qaedaism). In this study, following an overview of the history and ideological principles of the concept outlined as Pan-Al Qaeda, the extent of the threat of Al Qaeda will be highlighted. Afterwards, that organization will be examined under 3 elements which are outlined as Core Structure, (Militant Center) Local Militant Groups and sympathizers. This article will focus on the notion that even if Al-Qaeda draws inspiration from the grievances, frustrations and hatred, it doesn’t represent the Muslim World. Nevertheless, Al Qaeda is also a serious threat to the Muslim world beside West. The focal point of this article will be that if Pan Al-Qaeda movement is wished to ceased, primarily the alternative movements should be created. This movement should represent a consensus - beyond a political movement- that conceive and produce which focuses on solution.
