Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin liderlik stilleri

Bu çalısmanın amacı beden egitimi ögretmenlerinin liderlik stillerini tespit etmektir. Arastırma grubunu 90’ı bayan ve 175’i erkek olmak üzere toplam 265 beden egitimi ögretmeni olusturmaktadır. Arastırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Deniz ve Hasançebioglu (2003) tarafından gelistirilen “Ögretmen Liderlik Stili Ölçegi” ve 6 maddelik bilgi formu kullanılmıstır. Arastırma sonucunda beden egitimi ögretmenlerinin “Yarı Demokratik Liderlik Stili”ni sergiledikleri bulunmustur. Ayrıca ögretmenlerin cinsiyetlerine, hizmet yıllarına, egitim düzeylerine, okul düzeylerine ve okullarındaki ögrenci sayılarına göre liderlik stilleri arasında anlamlı bir fark bulanamazken ögretmenlerin çalıstıkları okullarının bulundugu yerlere göre liderlik stilleri arasında anlamlı farklılıkların oldugu bulunmustur.

The aim of this study is to determine leadership styles of physical education teachers. Research group was composed of 265 physical education teachers, 90 women and 175 men. As data collection tools in this study, “Teacher Leadership Style Scale” developed by Deniz and Hasançebioglu (2003) and an inquiry form with 6items was used. As a result of this study, it was found that physical education teachers show semi-democratic Leadership style. Besides It was found that there was a difference in significance among leadership styles according to teachers’ places in which their working schools exist; while there wasn’t a difference in significance among leadership styles according to their sexualities, service years, education levels, school levels and students’ numbers in their schools.
