Vakıf üniversitelerinde veri zarflama analizi ile etkinlik belirlenmesi

Veri Zarflama Analizi (VZA), doğrusal programlama prensiplerine dayanan ve literatürde “Karar Verme Birimleri” (KVB) olarak geçip girdiyi çıktıya dönüştürmekten sorumlu işletme veya ekonomik kuruluşların göreli verimliliğini ölçmek için tasarlanmış olan bir tekniktir. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’de hizmet veren 23 Vakıf Üniversitesinin etkinliklerinin araştırılması hedeflenmiş olup bu amaçla 2010 yılı verileri baz alınarak etkinlikleri hesaplanmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulardan yararlanılarak, etkin olarak çalışmayan üniversitelerin daha verimli olarak çalışabilmesi ve kaynak israfının önlenmesi için artırmaları gereken çıktı ve azaltmaları gereken girdi miktarları tespit edilmiştir.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and the literature is based on the principles of linear programming "Decision Making Units" (DMU) is responsible for converting the business or economic institutions through the input to the output, which is designed to measure the relative efficiency of the technique. In this study, 23 of the Foundation serves the University is targeted to investigate the effects of the activities for this purpose is calculated on the basis of 2010 data. Using the data obtained in the effective operation of the working of the universities more efficient and to prevent waste of resources to increase their output and the input to reduce the amount has been determined.
