Beden eğitimi öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören öğrencilerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanımına ilişkin tutum ve düşünceleri

Bu çalısmanın amacı, beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının eğitimde teknolojik araç gereç kullanımına karsı tutum ve fikirlerini belirlemektir. Çalısma 2008/09 öğretim yılı güz döneminde Ahi Evran Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor yüksekokulu, beden eğitimi öğretmenliği programında öğrenim gören 35, 4.sınıf öğrencisi üzerinde aynı grup için ön test-son test arastırma deseninde yürütülmüstür. Çalısmanın baslangıcında öğrencilere Yavuz (2005) tarafından gelistirilen “Teknoloji Tutum Ölçeği” uygulanmıstır. Daha sonra çalısma grupları olusturularak öğrencilerden teknoloji destekli proje çalısmaları yapmaları istenmistir. Ayrıca öğrencilerin eğitimde teknoloji kullanımına iliskin fikirlerini tespit etmek için 5 öğrenciyle yarı yapılandırılmıs görüsme yapılmıstır. Verilerin çözümlenmesinde bağımlı gruplar için t testi uygulanmıstır. Arastırma sonunda teknoloji tutum ölçeğinin ön test ve son test puan ortalamalarının son test lehine anlamlı derecede yüksek olduğu görülmüstür (p<.05). Öğrencilerin öğretimde teknolojik materyalleri kullanmaları, öğrencilerin tutum puanlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği belirlenmistir.

The aim of this study is to determine attitudes and thoughts of the students attending physical education teaching program about using technology in education. This study was applied in 2008-2009 fall term at the department of School of Physical Education and Sports Ahi Evran University with 35 fourth-year students attending Physical Education Teaching Program using pre-testing and post-testing research techniques. At the beginning of the study “The Scale of Attitude towards Technology”, developed by Yavuz (2005) was applied to these students. Later, the students were asked to carry out technology-supported project works within the working groups formed by the teachers. After the projects were finished, the Scale of Attitude towards Technology was applied as post-testing. Moreover, in order to determine the thoughts of the students about using technology in education, semi structured interview technique was conducted with 5 students. In order to analyze the data t-test was used for the dependent groups. At the end of the study, it has been observed that the scores of pre-testing and post-testing of The Scale of Attitude towards Technology were high in favor of post testing (p<.05). It has been understood that the students’ using technological materials in education affected the students’ attitude scores in a positive way.
