Işgören sesliliği, nedenleri ve boyutları: teorik bir çerçeve

Bu çalışmada işgören sesliliği kavramının nedenlerine ve boyutlarına teorik bir çerçeve çizilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla öncelikle, işgören sesliliği kavramı tanımlanmış sonrasında ise işgören sesliliğine neden olan etkenler literatür kapsamında bir araya getirilmiş ve bu etkenler detayları ile açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. İşgören sesliğinin nedenleri kadar bu sesliliğin boyutları da ilgili literatür kapsamında incelenmiştir. İşgören sesliliğinin boyutları; Kabul Edilmiş Seslilik, Savunma Amaçlı Seslilik, Örgüt Yararına Seslilik başlıkları ile verilmiştir.

The aim of this study is to form a theoretical framework for the causes and types of the concept of “employee voice”. For this reason, the concept of “employee voice” has been described primarily, which has been followed by the compilation of the factors causing to “employee voice” within the scope of the literature, and these factors have been tried to be explained in details. The types of the “employee voice” as well as the reasons of it have been examined within the scope of the related literature. The types of the “employee voice” have been titled as Acquiescent Voice, Defensive Voice, Prosocial Voice within the article.
