The aim of this study is the review of the attitudes with several variables concerning the social skill level and social studies at the primary grade four and five. This researh study is carried out with screening model. For collecting the data, personal information form, attitude scale involving social studies and social skill scale are used. The sample of this research study covers 300 students in the schools in Van city center, Ercis county seat and villages covering the term 2009-2010. The analysis of the data is made via SPSS for Windows 16.00 statistics pack programme. The result of this research has shown that the attitudes of the students concerning to social skill and social studies show differences according to the location of the school, class level, economic condition and academic success.
