Kur’an’da isar kavramı

Kur'an-ı Kerim'de yardımlaşma ve dayanışmayla ilgili zekât, sadaka, infak, ihsan, teâvün gibi çeşitli temel kavramlar vardır. Bu kavramlardan biri de "îsâr"dır. Bu çalışmada Kur'an'da îsâr kavramı üzerinde durulmuştur. Önce Kur'an'da bu kökten gelen kelimeler tespit edilip kullanıldığı manalar belirtilmiş, îsâr'ın terim manasını da içeren Haşr Sûresi 9'ncu ayetin yorumu üzerinde durulmuş sonra konuya asr-ı saadetten örnekler sunulmuştur. Îsâr, insanın muhtaç olduğu bir dilim ekmeği, bir yudum suyu başkalarına vermesi, onları kendisine tercih etmesidir. Îsâr bir fedakârlıktır, bir cömertliktir, hatta cömertliğin zirve noktasıdır. Başta Hz. Peygamber olmak üzere sahabe-i kiram bu fedakârlık ve feragatin en güzel örneklerini bizzat yaşamışlar ve kendilerinden sonra gelecek olan İslam toplumuna örnek olmuşlardır. Îsâr, insanın kendi derdini, sıkıntısını unutup başkalarının derdine deva olmaya çalışmasıdır. Îsâr, ulvî bir duygu, yüksek bir haslet ve insanlar arasındaki sevgi, saygı, merhamet, şefkat ve kardeşliğin güzel bir tezahürüdür.

The Qur'an comprises various fundamental concepts concerning social cooperation and solidarity, such as zakat, sadaqah, infaq, ihsan, and taāvun. One of these concepts is îthâr. This study explores the concept of îthâr by first identifying all the words deriving from this root in the Qur'an and specifying their menings; and then focusing on the interpretation of the ninth verse of the Sûrah Al-Hashr covering the terminological meaning of the concept; and finally presenting several examples from al-asr al-saadah (the age of bliss). Îthâr is one's giving a slice of bread or a drop of water one needs to others; it is to prefer others to oneself. It is a kind of selfsacrifice and generosity - in fact, the climax of generosity. Both the prophet and his companions have displayed some of the best and well-known examples of such self-sacrifice. Îthâr is one's disregard of one's own sorrows and sufferings, and instead struggling to heal others' miseries. It i s a s ublime feeling, a n oble c haracter t rait, a nd a g ood manifestation of love, respect, compassion and brotherhood among humans.
