This research is made by the pivot of 10 private capital deposit banks and 5 foreign capital deposit banks that are repeatedly operating in the Turkish banking sector between 2004-2011. The activities of the banks in question, are evaluated under the assumption that Variable Gainings According To Scale, by the Method of input oriented Data Envelopment Analysis, by using balance sheets and income charts in 2004-2011, and “Win4deap” package program. In this research, Variable Gainings According To Scale is measured for Decision Making Units-DMU by using 3 input and 2 output variables, here are the findings that are obtained; under the assumption of Variable Gainings According To Scale in 2004 7 DMU, in 2005 7 DMU, in 2006 6 DMU, in 2007 8 DMU, in 2008 7 DMU, in 2009 5 DMU, in 2010 7 DMU and in 2011 7 DMU are technically active.
