Makale özeti ve diğer detaylar.
The article reflects the relevance of intercultural, biografical learning in German classrooms. After investigating in the current popularity of (auto-)biographical writing and in tendencies of intercultural autobiographical literature, a teaching project will be introduced, that took place in a language support programme at the Pädagogische Hochschule Schwäbisch Gmünd. Within this project, students with migration background worked on migration biographies and wrote about their own and their families (migration) history. The results of the project encourage to include biographical writing - especially in an intercultural dimension - in German language and literature teaching to support integration processes in multi-cultural classrooms and societies.
