Heinrich von Kleist is one of the most famous writers of drama and novel in the
German Literature. The themes, with which he is dealing in his works, lose never
their actuality. The themes of right and justice with which we are dealing in this
article, reserve an important place in his works. The theme of judgment is criticized
often in his works. Some protagonist of Heinrich von Kleist, who is suffering an
injustice take with one’s own fair share or this injustice, is solved with divine law
theodicy.
