The purpose of this study was to determine and relationship of strength profiles of junior female basketball Turkish national team players. A total of 14 basketball players ( X age: 18.78±0.41year) from National Team of Turkey participated in this study voluntarily. Subjects’ height, body weight, body mass index and body fat percentage were determined. Body fat percentage was determined by Yuhasz formula. Isometric Dynamometer was used for the determination of knee, back, grip strength. Results indicated that basketball players have normal body fat percentage (12.51±1.18) and body mass index (20.94±1.27). Results of the isometric back, knee, right and left grip strength values of basketball players was 83.35±11.68kg, 87.75±8.34kg, 34.73±3.28kg and 32.82±3.57kg respectively. Pearson Product Moment Correlation was used to determine the relationships between back, knee and grip strength performance. Results indicated significant positive correlations between right grip strength and left grip strength (r=.859, p<.01). For back strength on the other hand significant and positive correlations were found between knee strength (r=.700, p<.01). As a conclusion, the findings of the present study indicated that basketball players had normal body fat percentage and isometric strength. Isometric back strength was found to be correlated with knee strength and right grip strength was found to be correlated with left grip strength.
