In the following, regarding the process after the preparation, submission and receipt by the journal of studies, the rules and information are kindly requested to read carefully. Studies that prepared not to be in accordance with the rules and / or incompatible with the journal publication principles not being sent to the referee with the pre-assessment form will be returned to the author.

- Author (s) should ensure that in the writing of the study basic grammar rules are followed and the study written in a fluent expression.

- It is expected that the articles submitted to the journal will not exceed 20 pages, references, tables and figures included (excluding the cover page). Editor may want to shorten of the article.

- Microsoft Word file format only is acceptable for the main manuscript document. All text in manuscripts should be in 11-point Times New Roman font, single-spaced, justified-alignment only. 

- Margins must be 2 cm in from each edge. Frame, shading, and similar applications should not be made in the page. 

- The recess should not be left in highlights and "6 pt" paragraph spacing should be given for paragraph spacing.

- All pages should be numbered. Each page number should be placed so that the lower center.

 - Title page is a must. It should include the title of the manuscript, the full details of the all the authors (name, affiliation, position, mailing address, phone number including country or area codes, and email address – preferably both professional and personal email address) in sequential order. The title page should also highlight the corresponding author.

- Turkish original studies should be prepared by the sequence of title, author / authors' names, Turkish abstract and keywords, title in the foreign language, abstract and keywords in foreign languages, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and conclusions and sources. Foreign-language original studies should be prepared in the form of title, author / authors' names and address, abstract and keywords in foreign languages, title in Turkish, abstract and keywords in Turkish, introduction and more. Main headings, except the title and abstracts should be in capital letters and subheadings should be in lowercase (including initial capital letters). Main headings and subheadings should be in bold, 11-point Times New Roman font and left justified.

- Title should be short and clear. It should be written in 14-point Times New Roman font and bold. It should be written in capital letters and center-aligned.

- Author / authors must be specified with first and last name; surnames must be written in capital letters. Do not use abbreviations in the address.

- If the study is single-authored, the author's name should be written to the bottom line of the title, center-aligned, 12-point Times New Roman font and normal (not italic and bold).

- If the number of authors is two, the first author's name should be written left-aligned and the second author's name should be written right-aligned. If the number of authors is three, the first author's name should be written left-aligned, the second author's name should be written center-aligned and the third author's name should be written right-aligned. If the number of authors are more than three, a scheme should be established in accordance with mentioned above.

- Corresponding author should be identified by name and address as just one of the author in the multi-authored studies.

- Abstract should be included on the first page of the article after the authors' names. Title of Turkish / English abstract should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, bold and center-aligned. Text of Turkish / English abstract should be written in 10-point Times New Roman font.

- Abstract should not exceed 150-200 words and should be given as one paragraph. Article title will be written in English before the English abstracts.

- Keywords in Turkish and foreign languages, should be no more than six units and should be written as ranked alphabetically. Keywords should be written in 10-point Times New Roman font, normal and left aligned at the bottom line of Turkish / English abstract.

- In the introduction, one space should be after the keyword, introduction title should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font, bold, capital letters and without numbers. This section should not exceed one page.

- Materials and methods, without going into unnecessary detail, should be written in concise and understandable format.

- In the results section, the data should be described briefly. Repetition of the findings listed in the tables should be avoided in the text.

- The sub-titles (if any) should be indicated in boldface type.

- Charts should not be colored, should not have bold font, should be placed in the text following the sequence number, should start at the bottom line from the end of the text and should be clearly stated in the text where it should be. Chart names should be written on the chart and footnotes should be written under the chart.

- Table source should be written at the bottom of the table using 10-point Times New Roman font. Abbreviations can be used.

The table number must be specified for each submission to the table in the text.

- Figures, images, graphics, etc. should be expressed as “figure” and should be included in the text following the sequence number. Figures should be clearly stated in the text where it should be. Figure names must be written to the bottom of the figure. Images should be at a resolution of 800 dpi and "jpg" format. Especially in the graphics white, black and gray colors should be used.

- If the quote is made, the source must be stated for tables, figures, charts and pictures.

- Abbreviations, symbols, dimensions and formulas: Abbreviations should be written according to the international writing rules and all units of measure should be written according to the SI (Systeme Internationale) in Turkish or English manuscripts submitted for publication.

- The authors should explain description of each scientific abbreviation where the first occurrence in the text.

- Number of formulas should be shown in parentheses based on the right. Any references in formulas should be done with the number of formula.

- Point should be used as decimal instead of comma.

- Thousand distinctions should be avoided in large numbers (eg 10000 or 10 thousand instead of 10.000 or 10 000).

- In the discussion and conclusion section, the data should be discussed and should be interpreted in the light of literature.

- In the references section, references used in the text should be numbered according to the citation order in brackets. For example, (6), (9), (15) as well. When writing the list of resources should not be left margins, alphabetical order by name of the author and automatic numbering.

-Surnames of the author(s), first letters of the name of the author(s), year of publication, article title, journal name, volume number and issue number should be shown for journal articles.

- Surnames of the author(s), first letters of the name of the author(s), year of publication, book title, printing office and place of publication should be indicated for books.

Article is sent by an e-mail in pdf format to the corresponding author for the final control of page layout before printing. The author signs each page and send back by fax (+90 312 216 21 24) within 48 hours. Last check is entirely the responsibility of the corresponding author. 

Protection of original article that was first sent to the journal are recommended to the authors until after 2 months of publishing in the journal.
