The Online Journal of Communication and Media Technologies publishes original manuscripts that address the theory, practice and the relationship between theory and practice, in communication and its related fields. All theoretical, methodological and conceptual approaches are welcome.

The manuscript document should include an abstract of 150-200 words in a single paragraph, followed by 4 to 6 keywords. The abstracts of research manuscript should include the purpose, methodology and results while the abstracts of conceptual manuscripts should include framework, contributions to the literature and conclusion.

Text, figures and tables must be in a single Microsoft Word file preferably in Times New Roman font with 12 points. Tables and figures should be numbered consecutively with titles or headings and they should be referred to in the text. The length of the manuscript should be between 5000 – 7000 words. The whole manuscript including the cover page and references should be presented as A4 1.5 line spaced typescript. All pages must be numbered starting from the abstract page. For the references, tables and figures the author(s) should consult the American Psychological Association Style Manual (fifth edition). Manuscripts and abstracts must be in English. In the case of any language mistakes in the manuscripts that create serious problems in reading the text, the author(s) will be informed and asked to re-edit their manuscripts. If abbreviations used, the terms should first be written out in full followed by their abbreviations in parenthesis.

It is important to note that the manuscript submitted to OJCMT should be understandable to colleagues from a broad range of scientific disciplines. Materials and methods should be complete enough, results should be presented with clarity and precision and the discussion should interpret the findings in view of the results obtained in the current and in the past studies.

A manuscript whose content is appropriate and within the scope of the OJCMT will be anonymously peer reviewed.
