Sporda bilimsel yöntem ve etik: öğrenci perspektifi için

Bu çalışma, son yıllarda giderek artan önemiyle spor biliminin etik değerlerini temellendiren ve toplum ya da topluluğun büyük bir kısmı tarafından genel kabul gören yargılar ve normların, spor bilimcilerinin çalışmalarında nihai amacı gerçekleştirmek için ortaya koydukları düşünsel çözümleyicilik gücüyle etkileşiminin tartışıldığı bir derlemeden oluşmaktadır. Derlemenin temellendirildiği literatür taramasıyla, spor alanına bilimsel yöntemin oryantasyonu, bilim etiği ve spor bilimleri arasındaki ilişkinin varlığı konusunda genç akademisyen ve araştırmacılar için bir tartışma zemini hazırlamak amaçlanmaktadır. Derleme, sporda bilimsel yöntem ve etik hakkında giriş niteliğinde bilgilerin sunulması ve bu alanda yapılan araştırmaların gözden geçirilmesiyle başlamaktadır. Bu bölüm, etik değerlerin spor alanındaki bilimsel etkinliklere yansımaları ile ilgili literatürdeki farklı bakış açılarını ortaya koymaktadır. İzleyen bölümde, sporda olgusal olarak gözlenebilen problemleri ortaya koyarak sınırlarını belirleme, saptanmış bu problemlerin çözümüne ilişkin hipotezler oluşturma ve ortaya konulan hipotezlerin doğruluklarını sınama aşamaları irdelenerek, bu alanda çalışmalar üreten genç akademisyen ve araştırmacılara, kişisel inanç, felsefi görüş ve duyguların etkisinden uzak bir anlayışın önemi aktarılmaktadır. Doğrulukları sınanan verilerin birleştirilerek genel ilkelere dönüştürülmesi ve spor bilimcilerinin ortaya koyduğu benzer ilkelerin yol göstericiliğiyle genel geçerliliği olan yasalara ulaşılması sürecinin öneminin vurgulanmasıyla, genç spor bilimcilerinin, bilimsel yöntemin spor alanına entegre edilmesinde alışageldikleri tarzdaki yaklaşımlarını daha organize yaklaşımlara dönüştürebilmeleri için yol gösterilmektedir.

This study consists of a compilation in which ideas and norms that constitute the basis of ethical values of the science of sports gaining ground day by day and generally accepted by the majority of the society or community are discussed with the interaction of the intellectual analysis effort which the sports scientists introduce in their studies so as to achieve the final purpose. It is intended to lay a discussion ground for the young academicians and researchers in terms of the presence of a relationship between the adaptation of scientific methods in the sports field, scientific ethics and sports sciences by a literature research on which this compilation is based. This compilation starts with the presentation of introductory information on scientific methods and ethics in sports. This chapter reveals the different points of views within the literature on the reflections of ethical values on scientific activities in the sports field. The following chapter conveys the importance of an understanding, away from the effects of philosophical views and emotions, through the determination of limits by introducing the problems that are factually observable, the development of hypotheses on the solutions of the determined problems and the explication of the verification stages to the accuracy of the hypotheses that introduced for the young academicians and researchers who make studies on this field. Emphasizing the importance of the process in which the transformation of all the data that verified into general principles and achieving the general laws by the guidance of the principles that sports scientists introduce in similar guides the young scientists of sports in transforming their conventional attitudes to more organized attitudes in the integration of the scientific methods into sports .
