We are living in a world which is continuously, developing and becoming global changing. Without doubt, these changing and transformations affect relations among people. These written rules and laws which arrange our relations lag behind concerned with these should be revised again. The relations between employers and employees have also changed in time but since the Act on Trade Unions an Collective Bargaining which has been in effect for 30 years can’t meet these changings, some necessary revisions have been inevitable. On the other hand, the fact that Turkish Republic has to obey the norms of European Union Social Act and International Labour Organisation which are International Organisations to which Turkey is bound has made some revisions inevitable. It is useful to mention that lots of positive steps have been taken, in this meaning, by means of this revision. In spite of this, it is also necessary to express that there are some possible criticisms in some sections. But, it is thought that some problems and short comings will be able to be solved during the duration of practice by means of codes and regulations. In this article, some essential changings on the new Act have been evaluated generally.
