Biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının kpss ile ilgili görüşleri

Bu çalışmada biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının KPSS ile ilgili görüşleri araştırılmıştır. Araştırmada betimsel yöntem kullanılmıştır. Veri toplamak amacıyla araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen KPSS Görüş Anketi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma Gazi Üniversitesi Gazi Eğitim Fakültesi Biyoloji Öğretmenliği Anabilim Dalında Öğrenim Gören 55 öğrenciyle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler değerlendirildikten sonra frekans ve yüzde olarak ifade edilmiştir. Bu sonuçlara göre; biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının %60'ı KPSS'nin mevcut haliyle içeriğinin uygun olmadığını belirtmiştir. Biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının % 78'inin KPSS'nin içeriğinde yer alan genel kültür genel yetenek konularının öğretmenlik programlarında yeterince yer almadığını düşündükleri tespit edilmiştir. Biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının %47'lık kısmı ise KPSS'nin eğitim bilimleri kısmında yer alan soruların öğretmenlik yeterliklerini yeterince ölçmediğini düşündükleri belirlenmiştir. Ortaya çıkarılan dikkat çekici sonuçlardan biri de, biyoloji öğretmen adaylarının % 70'nin öğretmenlik yerleştirmeleri sınavlarında, alan bilgisini ölçen sorulara yer verilmesi gerektiğini düşündüklerini ifade etmeleridir.

In this study, the opinions of the biology teacher candidates about PPSE were examined. A descriptive method was used in the research. PPSE Opinion Survey which was developed by researchers was employed in order to collect data. This study was applied to 55 students who are studying at Gazi University, Faculty of Gazi Education, the Department of Biology Teaching. After evaluated, the data were described in frequency and percentage formats. According to these results, the 60% of the biology teacher candidates stated that the current form and the content of PPSE were not appropriate. It was assessed that the 78% of the biology teacher candidates were in the idea that the teacher education programs did not contain enough general knowledge and general ability subjects in PPSE. On the other hand, it was assessed that the 47% of the candidates thought questions in the part of education sciences of PPSE did not measure teaching competences sufficiently. One of the remarkable results was that the 70% of the candidates thought it was necessary for PPSE to contain questions concerning the field.
