Bulanık analitik hiyerarşi süreci yaklaşımı ile projelerde karmaşıklığa neden olan faktörlerin önem derecesinin belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmada proje karmaşıklığına sebep olan faktörlerin önem derecesinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla proje karmaşıklığına sebep olan faktörler; projenin boyutu ve çeşitliliği, projenin bağlılığı ve projenin şartları olmak üzere üç grupta toplanarak hiyerarşik bir yapı oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan hiyerarşik yapı Bulanık Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (BAHS) Yaklaşımı ile değerlendirilerek proje karmaşıklığına neden olan faktörlerin önem derecesi belirlenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme sonucunda en önemli faktör grubunun "projenin boyutu ve çeşitliliği" olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca projenin boyutu ve çeşitliliğini içeren ana faktör grubunda "paydaşların sayısı", projenin bağlılığı ana faktör grubunda "çevreyle bağlılık" ve projenin şartları ana faktör grubunda ise "kültürel düzen ve çeşitliliğin" en önemli faktörler olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The purpose of this paper is to determine the priorities of project complexity factors. For this purpose project complexity factors are decomposed into three groups as project size and variety, project system interdependencies and project system context-dependence and they are established as hierarchical structure. The hierarchical structure for the purposed framework is evaluated by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method. The study showed that the group of "project system size and varitety" are the most important criteria in the project complexity factors. In additon, "number of stakeholders" under project system size and variety main factor group, "dependencies with the environment" under project system interdepencies main factor group and "cultural configuration and variety" under project system context dependence main factor group are the most important criteria found in project complexity factors.
