This study performed to investigate the presence of the diversities, if any, among entrepreneurs, transformative leadership and social entrepreneurship perceptions according to the demographic characteristics (age, gender, marital status, educational background, professional time) and organisation data (type of non-governmental organisation, work area of non-governmental organisation) of leaders of Non-Governmental Organisations involving in social entrepreneurship activities in Turkey. Survey performed on the presidents of the foundations and associations activating on Family, Environment, Children, Education, Handicappeds, Women, Health and Welfare fields in Turkey. Data collected by means of questionnaire. 14 hypothesis developed for the survey and Independent Double Sampling t-Test, Turkey HSD test and One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) are used. Findings reached at the end of performed survey; according to the demographic characteristics of social entrepreneurship perception for charisma and creation of social values of females found higher than the male social entrepreneurs, highest age for willingness to take risks determined in range of 40-49 years old group, social entrepreneurs with associate degree found the lowest creating social value perception, the level of benefiting from social networks of social enterpreneur leaders with doctoral degree are found higher than the high school, undergarduate and postgraduate social entrepreneurs. Finding reached is that the willingness to take risk tendency of the presidents of the associations intended for organisation informations found higher than president of the foundations.
