örgütsel adalet: kuramsal bir yaklaşım

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütsel adalet konusunu kuramsal açıdan incelemektir. Bu amaçla çalışmada ilk önce örgütsel adalet kavramı tanıtılmış ve örgütsel adalet konusunun önemine değinilmiştir. Daha sonra örgütsel adalet konusunun açıklanmasını sağlayan teorilere yer verilmiştir. Son olarak da örgütsel adalet teorilerinin açıkladığı örgütsel adalet boyutları ifade edilmeye çalışılmıştır.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the organizational justice issue in theoretical term. Hence, first of all, the concept of the organizational justice issue was introduced and emphasized to explain the importance of the organizational justice. Secondly, the theories to define organizational justice issue was analyzed. Finally, the study figured out the organizational justice dimensions defined by the organizational justice theories.
