Kişisel gelişimin girişimci tipleri üzerine etkisi: antalya-isparta illerinde bir inceleme

Girisimcilik konusu sanayi toplumundan bilgi toplumuna geçisle birlikte büyük bir önem kazanmıs ve ekonomik gelismeyi saglayan temel itici güç olarak kabul edilmeye baslanmıstır. Dolayısıyla da girisimcilik pek çok disiplinden arastırmacının ilgi odagı olmustur. Bu ise kavramın çok disiplinli bir alan olarak gelismesini saglamıs ve literatürde hala girisimcinin kim oldugu ve girisimciligin ne oldugu konusunda ortak bir fikir birligi bulunamamasına neden olmustur. Fakat buna ragmen girisimciligin tanımında ve belirleyici özelliklerinde ekonomik, sosyal ve psikolojik faktörlerin oldukça önemli oldugu herkes tarafından kabul edilmektedir. Pek çok yazar, girisimcileri sahip oldukları özelliklere göre çesitli tipler halinde sınıflandırmaktadır. Bu tipolojiler hem girisimcilerin tanımına ve davranısına, hem de girisimcilikle ilgili teorik yapıya katkı saglamaktadır. Bunun yanında tipolojiler, girisimci temelli ekonomik kalkınmayı saglamada politika yapıcılar için mevcut girisimci yapısını ölçmede kullanılabilecek en önemli referanslardan biridir. Kisisel gelisim ise, girisimci düsüncenin daha saglam temeller üzerine kurulmasını saglayarak, daha iyi bir girisimci tipinin olusmasında rol oynayan dikkate deger bir faktördür. Bu çalısma, Antalya ve Isparta'da imalat sanayinde faaliyet gösteren KOB-'lerde girisimci tiplerinin incelenerek, kisisel gelisimin girisimci tiplerinin olusumunda etkili olup olmadıgının ortaya konulmasını amaçlamaktadır.

The concept of entrepreneurship has become importance through changing from industrial society to information society and has been begun to find acceptance as driving force that provide economic development. Consequently, entrepreneurship has become a cynosure for many researchers from various disciplines. This has caused to development of entrepreneurship as a multi disciplinary field. Nonetheless, there is no absolute consensus on the definitions of entrepreneur and entrepreneurship. However, it is widely accepted that economic, social and physiological factors have been highly formative for the determination and definition these concepts. Various researchers classify different types of entrepreneurs depending on the properties of them. These typologies extend the discussions about the definition and the theory of entrepreneurship and the behaviors of entrepreneurs. Furthermore, these typologies are one of the most important references for policy makers that being used to determining current entrepreneur structure to stimulate entrepreneur-based economic development. Personal development is also notable factor that playing a role forming better entrepreneur type. This study aims to display that whether personal development is effective for forming entrepreneur types or not by examining entrepreneur types in SMEs in Antalya and Isparta provinces.
